Pristine Command is proprietary software owned by MPJ Tactical Solutions LLC. It is internal business software: it is licensed for use only by MPJ Tactical Solutions LLC and the people it authorises. It is not sold, sublicensed, distributed or made available to the public, and no licence to use it is offered to anyone else.
Authorised users may use the application to run the business of Pocono Pristine Properties — pricing work, scheduling it, and raising invoices against the QuickBooks Online company that this business owns and has connected.
The application creates invoices in a connected QuickBooks Online company, and only when a person confirms one after reviewing it. It does not email invoices, create customers or items, delete records, move money, process payments, or act on a schedule without a person.
All rights in the software remain with MPJ Tactical Solutions LLC. Nothing here transfers ownership of it. Data belonging to the business, and data in the connected QuickBooks company, remain the property of their owners.
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It assists with pricing and invoicing; it does not give accounting, tax or legal advice, and figures it produces are drafts for a person to check. To the extent the law allows, MPJ Tactical Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Use may be ended at any time. Disconnecting the application from QuickBooks — from within the application, or in QuickBooks under Apps — revokes its access to the connected company immediately.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
