Pristine Command — operated by MPJ Tactical Solutions LLC, trading as Pocono Pristine Properties. Last updated 2026-08-20.
Pristine Command is private software built for and used by MPJ Tactical Solutions LLC to price commercial cleaning work, schedule it, and raise invoices for it. It is not sold, distributed or offered to anyone else, and it has no users outside this business. It connects to one QuickBooks Online company: our own.
When a QuickBooks Online company is connected, and only for as long as that authorisation stands, this application:
It requests accounting access only. It does not read transactions, bank feeds, payroll or payment instruments, it does not create customers or items, it does not delete anything, and it never emails an invoice. Nothing is written on a schedule, a webhook or a status change — every write is started by a person.
The application runs on Cloudflare Workers. Its records — companies, contacts, quotes, schedules and job notes — are held in Cloudflare D1, and site photos and the QuickBooks connection are held in Cloudflare KV, both within Cloudflare's network. The QuickBooks refresh token is stored separately from the business database and is never written to it.
The application uses the Anthropic Claude API to draft work: turning a written job description and site photographs into suggested quote lines, drafting step-by-step cleaning procedures, reading an inbound enquiry, suggesting a next action, and drafting emails. Every one of these produces a draft that a person reviews and edits before it is used.
No QuickBooks data is sent to Anthropic. These features run at quoting and enquiry-handling time and receive only the job description, the site photographs and rates held in our own records. The QuickBooks connection is used separately, and later, purely to read customer and item names and to create an invoice. No customer data is used to train any model.
Information is not sold, rented or shared for advertising, and is not passed to anyone beyond what is described here.
Every page is behind Cloudflare Access and requires a Google sign-in on an account with two-step verification, except the two public legal documents you are reading. Credentials for connected services are held as encrypted secrets on the Worker; they are not in the source code and are not displayed anywhere in the application.
Business records are kept for as long as the business and its tax obligations require. The QuickBooks connection can be ended at any time, by us from within this application, or from QuickBooks under Apps — which revokes it at Intuit's end and stops all further access immediately.
If what the software does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
